No start is back again. Need advice. 200 1993

Son's 240 is at it again. It has a new starter and now after a couple of weeks with no issues it is doing it again. Lights are on, but when the key is turned nothing happens. The 60A fuse is new as well.

I told him on the phone to shift/wiggle the neutral safety switch in the shifter, to no avail.

I suppose it could be the NSS, or perhaps the ignition switch itself.

Dang, when it rains it pours.
