First thing you should do is make sure your lug bolts and wheel bearings are tight.
You could get a dial indicator to see if there is runout of your brake disks.
(If it is bad enough you can see it just by putting something stationary close to the disk and turning it - this has to be done with the car jacked up and the wheel off.)
