No start. PLEASE help. 700

So I drove my 90 Bertone out of the garage the other day to detail it before I put it away for the winter.
I noticed some oil on the valve cover so I sprayed it off with brake parts cleaner(have done this before to other Volvo's with no problems. Now though it will not start or run unless I run a line straight into some gas.
So I checked the relay (behind the ash tray). Good. Fuses...Good. No injector pulse...BAD. :-(
So I tested all of them and nothing. All of the grounds are good. The fuel pumps are kicking on and fuel is coming out just fine.
So I thought maybe the distributor was bad and changed it. Still nothing. Still no injector pulse. I had heard that maybe the speed sensor went bad and is causing the no start. Oh,the coil is good too.

PLEASE someone help me (if you can). It has the B230ft engine (just like my others). I have never had a problem like this so I am lost.
