I need to let my '86 245 go... 200 1986

So, I recently replaced one strut on my 240 wagon, but the other just broke. Luckily for me, I was only traveling at 10 mph for both incidents.

Anyway, I need to sell or scrap my car, but I'm not sure how I should go about selling a (currently) un-drivable 240. It has a broken strut, needs a new front caliper, and has a leak in the exhaust (somewhere in front of the catalytic converter...it sounds like a small plane right now). Other than that, there's only a little rust on the body, and leaks no fluids (and rides like a dream, as I'm sure all you other 240 owners know). Will I be able to sell this without replacing the parts? Is it worth putting in a new strut just to sell the car? If anyone with more experience than me would like to advise me on this one, I would be grateful.
