what fuse to jumper to bypass fuel pump relay? 200 1986

I acquired a 1986 245, not running of course, drained bad fuel added 5 gallons fresh fuel No audible activity to fuel pumps so I'm thinking while I discern what is the problem. I'll just jumper the fuse block to by pass relay, I'll drop back once I get car running. Yes I installed an operative battery. I'm open for your sage input. thank you. Bill in Bullhead City, AZ.
