Mystery fuse 200

Ok... randomness.. I have the cover in the driver's side taken off because I adjusted the throttle cable recently... Today I was driving to work and I felt something hit my shoe and go onto the floor. I pulled into the parking lot at my work and found a small (maybe 1/2") long bus style fuse. It is red, and obviously shorter than the standard fuses in the fuse panal and I cannot for the life of me see where it came from! I looked in my Bentley book on the fuses and it isn't even mentioned. Surely someone on here has an idea?
