Argh! Broken Spark Plug

Hex itself twisted right off the threaded shank...did not even take that much torque! Czech used car dealer/mechanic did a great job and only charged me $65. The pieces he added to the part I broke off added up to 95% of the plug and all of the metal parts.

On top of the frustration, cost and stress...now I have to wait until next weekend to have the car aligned after I replaced the tie-rod ends. I counted turns but could not keep everything still when tightening or loosening. Pulls even more to the left now.

I still live in fear of pulling the other three but that will wait for the weekend my wife is gone leaving me her car.

Mike
