Clutch Noise Help 200 1992

Hey Everyone, Lately I've been hearing a sort of squeeking sound when I let out on my clutch; It does not happen all the time, and goes away as soon as clutch is disengaged. My 1992 240 Wagon has 230,000 miles and the clutch was replaced at 162,000.

Any help on what this might be? I have seen others mention "throw-out bearing" and "clutch bearing". Are they the same and how can I check?

Thanks for any advice!
