Re-attaching the airbox 200

One of the various things wrong with my 1992 240 is a jumpy idle. I think it's running a little rich too. Haven't run any codes (I know I should), but cleaned out the AMM and replaced the air box thermostat.

When taking out the air box, I disconnected the thing it mounts to in front of the grille. I don't know what that thisg is called, it has a piece of rubber on top of it that the hood rests on, I think. Anyway, maybe I shouldn't have removed it because I can't figure out how to get it back on. I think I lost the apparatus that keeps it in place. Does anyone know how to re-attach it?
