Looks like a seat out of a 240, possibly a late model 140? I know the seat back adjuster is the 240 style as is the headrest. Not sure if the later model 140's went to that style when the dash etc changed to a more 240 style dash. My 71 142 was different than that one, mode like my 242 seats.
