DIY Wiring Harness

The question has come up from time to time. The easy part is wire and sheathing. The tough part is the variety of Bosch and Volvo-specific connectors, which are all listed in the parts catalog, and not terribly pricey. No one I know of has actually (successfully) ordered an inventory of those contact pins and connector housings. Repair is the option I've taken.

What's the definition of a will? It's a dead giveaway.
