93 240 Horn not broke (but won't honk); so please watch for finger.... 200

OK, I'm ready to duct tape an air horn to the front fender and tie a string to pull on from the driver seat, plus it's been my week to have idiots pull out in front of me - was it a conspiracy?
So previously I checked the horn by jumping it, nothing wrong there. Also pulled the air bag unit per Bentley and cleaned the contacts, worked fine for a few days, then nothing, did it again, worked fine then nothing. Tried switching the top contacts as recommended, also checked the circuit closed when I pushed on the contact. No horn, not even a wimper. What's next?
Thanks, JP
