Here's my solution for both of my '93s with weak horn syndrome .... 200

The way I see it, there's just too much resistance in the circuit between the horns and the steering wheel contacts (which grounds the circuit to energize the horns).

My solution is overkill. I power four horns now via 10 ga wire, controlled by a relay that receives its power directly (but through a fuse, of course) from the battery. The relay is controlled by the original wires (green, in picture) to the horn (and mounted where the sole original horn was located), but so little amperage is needed to work the solenoid coil inside the relay that the matter of the resistance in the OEM circuit is moot.

And it's loud!!!
