Drive train not aligned in the tunnel. 200

While working on my clutch replacement I noticed the transmission was favoring the passenger side of the tunnel under the car. I attempted to realign it by loosening the engine mounts at the front cross member and pushed the transmission into the center, shimmed it with a small block of wood and then tightened the engine mounts. It went right back to its misaligned placement.

Passenger mount is new high quality mount and the transmission mount is new as well. The drivers mount looks clean and shaped correctly. My only other thought is that the crossmember is somehow misaligned. I don't see any signs of a bent frame.

Anyone ever come across this problem.
