Have purchased a stereo with sattelite radio module and waiting for the speakers to get here from crutchfield.

The stereo says it's 15 amp, and I noticed that the "radio" fuse in position 1 is only 8 amp.

Should I replace the 8 amp with a 16 amp? Or will this cause a problem? I notice in the Bently manual that "radio" is referenced in fuse 8 and fuse 14 as well.

Also, have purchased a head unit power pack for this stereo...is it going to draw more power as well?

I suppose they might know this at the local stereo install shop...we were going to try a DIY install.
