240 Still Wants to Go Left - Brake Drag? 200

I posted over the summer about my 240 pulling left. I have done more work to the front end and the car still wants to drift left. To recap: since early June, I have done the following work to the car:

New shocks/struts - Volvo OEM
New strut mounts - Volvo OEM
New ball joints - Volvo OEM
New tie rod ends - Volvo OEM
Rebuilt steering rack
New ATE master cylinder

The car was in a front-end collision a year and a half ago, but it felt fine after the crash, aligned OK, and the problem has only appeared this past summer. The car also had the original brake flex hoses replaced with IPD stainless braided lines about 3 years ago.

I just had the car into the dealer to look over the front end. The mechanic found some loose bolts and retorqued everything. The car has been in the alignment shop three times to try and correct the pull. Each time it comes back with a clean bill of health, but the pull is still there. The pull feels like a mild crosswind blowing across the front of the car. The car requires constant steering correction to the right to maintain a straight line. If I let the steering wheel return to center, the car will drift left, like a half-speed lane change. The pull/drift becomes worse as speeds increase.

I am beginning to wonder if one of the calipers on the left side is dragging. I took the car out on a snow-packed road today and tried applying the brakes firmly from 30 MPH. Nine times out of ten on snowpack, the rear of the car would try to rotate to the left or counter-clockwise. Would this be a sign of a dragging brake or another brake problem? Can a dragging brake cause a steering pull like this?

Thanks,
Nick
