Fan question in 93' 240

There are plastic ducts on either side of the car that connect to the main heater housing. They have vacuum controlled doors that direct the airflow. You may have a pinched hose or two, or the duct may not be attached to the housing properly. You can access the duct work by removing the under dash knee bolster, insulating mat, and the instrument cluster
