Replaced front control arm bushings 900 1994

Wow. What a difference. My wife's 945T was creaking, knocking, groaning and generally sounding terrible over bumps. Bought a set of IPD blue poly control arm bushings and put them in this morning. The originals were completely shot and the original sleeves were wallowed out and loose too.

It's like a different car now. Much tighter front end and silent over the same bumps that used to create all the above racket.

Also replaced (installed, there was nothing left to replace) the shift linkage bushings. This actually took longer than the control arm bushings since I didn't buy spares and they're a tight fit. Didn't want to ruin one.

Shifter is velvety smooth now.

So it's like the old lady had a hip replacement.

Cheers,

Erwin
