Water from A/C maybe could cause frame rust?? 700 1989

Even though it is November, here in Texas, sometimes it is hot enough to use the A/C (though not the 112 F. from this summer). When wife parks the car it is on an uphill driveway (nose of car is pointed up) and then in the morning when she backs off down the driveway, a stream of water (from the A/C use the previous afternoon) flows out and I can see it on the driveway. I'm concerned that this accumulation of water could rust out the right side frame of the car. Should I be worried?
I was thinking of drilling a small hole in the bottom of the frame to allow for water drainage. Is this a good idea?

Corey, if you are reading this in Austin, please email me as I lost your phone # when I got a 'new' phone.
Thanks for any help.
