How do you dismantle a 122 ignition lock cyllinder? 120-130

Like so many others here have experienced, the key broke off in my ignition lock cylinder this morning, I removed the cylinder from the dash and removed the broken key without drama. Now that the cylinder is out, I realize that something is binding inside when the key is turned, and I'd like to dismantle the cylinder and have a look at the tumblers. I know that sometimes they smooth up in their operation simply by flipping each one over 180 degrees.

While I've had lots of lock cylinders apart in the past, this one has me stumped. How do get it apart?
