Wiring Diagram for LPG/Petrol Reset Switch (1991 745 B230FB / LH-Jetronic 2.4) 700 1991

Hi,

I had to replace my Fuel Pump relay recently and I took the opportunity to upgrade the wiring for my LPG/Petrol switch.

The LPG installers used light gauge wire and switched the entire Fuel Pump Relay circuit in order to reset the Lambda Sensor/ECU information. They did this in order to allow for LPG -> Petrol changeovers. Unfortunately, this burned out a number of switches and confused an Auto Electrician.

I studied the Jetronic wiring diagrams and viewed all the forums (this one is the best! :) ) and decided on this switch design and implementation.

I am posting it in hope that it helps any other Volvo enthusiasts who may have a retrofitted dual-fuel system. Please note that I am only an enthusiast and not an expert. I am happy for any corrections/additions/deletions!
