door locks side specific? 200 1992

I think I just discovered that the passenger and driver side door lock cylinders are different. Specifically it looks like the keyways which orient the lock in the door are reversed. Unfortunately for me I learned this after paying to have it re-keyed :(

Anyways I was going to go back to the junkyard to find a driver side door lock cylinder. I have a 92 240 wagon with electric locks. Can I pull a cylinder from a driver side front or rear door to replace the driver door lock? Also, what years have the same lock cylinders as the 92 240?
