Start over to verify there's no spark 200 1980

Ok, so starting over...

(a) Removed and visually inspected + continuity checked ALL fuses.

(b) Tried "flashing" the coil as follows (get identical results no matter if the connector to the distributor induction coil is connected to the ICU or not):

1. Attempt to "flash" with both wires connected to coil #1 - nothing, nada.

2. Attempt to "flash" with only the white wire (ICU) connected to coil #1 - again nothing, nada.

3. Attempt to "flash" with only the red/white wire (FI relay?) connected to coil #1 - get both spark and buzz from the driver's side somewhere.

4. Attempt to "flash" with no wires connected to coil #1 - get spark but no buzz.

More to come...
