Car eats 02 sensors 200

Code 2-1-2 just tripped on me ... again! This last sensor lasted 8 months and only 6k. I used the universal Bosch sensor and spliced it in with good clean solder joints and lots of heat shrink.

The sensor before that lasted just over a year.

Anything that could be causing the sensors to fail prematurely?? I havent done the diagnostic work yet but this is the same code as the last 2 times and replacing the 02 sensor fixed it. I dont mind spending $40 once a year on anew sensor but sheesh they should last longer. Could the solder joints be screwing things up??

Thanks,
Matt
