Used stock size turbos often sell for $100 to $150. Many people sell their stock turbo when doing a performance upgrade. There is one currently for sale on the local craigslist for $100. Get a used turbo, and the upper and lower drain tube gaskets, and change the turbo out when you have the time to do it. It is a fairly easy job on the 1990+ 700/900 series.
