1993 climate control box 200

Planning on changing over the climate control box in my 1990 245 to one from a 1993. I would like to replace the heater core, heater valve and the 3 hoses while I'm doing this. Not sure if any or all of these parts are avialable or where to get them. Searching some older posts I read that the 1993 uses a different plastic valve. Does anyone has any information on these parts or where to get them?
