Take a spark plug out, reconnect it to the plug wire, ground the center electrode by putting it against some bare metal and crank the ignition (don't hold it-- unpleasant shock!). You should see spark.

A noid light gets connected to one of the injector harnesses and tells you whether the electronics are pulsing the injectors. I think you can borrow one at Autozone in the US. If it flashes when you crank the ignition, the injectors are opening and closing.
