1990 740 gl wagon inner tie rod 700

I need help. I removed my daghter's inner tie rod ( passenger side)1990 volvo 740 gl wagon. I ordered both ZF rack and cam gear but both are different from the inner tie rod that I remove from my daughter's car.On my daughter's car the MALE THREAD connecting to the rack is bigger ( diameter) than both the ZF and cam gear that i ordered. I can't find a plate that would indicate whether I have a ZF or cam gear rack ( door or front hood).Can anyone tell me if there is any other rack used on a 1990 740gl besides ZF or cam gear? Thank you in advance for any information that would guide me to find the right part.
