Getting EZK Ignition Fault Code 2-4-1 900 1994

1994 940 Non-turbo

I've had the Check Engine Light for a few months. When I checked for the OBD Diagnostic Fault Codes, I got the code 2-4-1 from socket 6. As per the codes specified in Table 2 of the FAQ, the code means the following:

2-4-1* Fault condition: EGR system flow too low
Causes: Faulty wiring, EGR, EGR vacuum or controller; EGR temp sensor
Symptoms: Poor idling

The car's idling seems to be fine when I'm at a Stop light or when I start the car.

Please give me ideas as to how I can pin point the cause of the Check Engine light and how this can be fixed.
