It sucked to be me last night 200 1986

My day ended with a clunk yesterday afternoon. I left work and drove over a very slight speed bump leaving the parking lot and heard a clunk from the DS front end. I pulled over and turned the steering wheel to the right so I could view the suspension components. Lo and behold, the swaybar end link was sheared in half right at its mid point. I have poly bushing on all my suspension parts and since no one locally even the Stealership carries the endlinks, its off to the boneyard this weekend. I replace both sides while I'm at it. By the way, it was a chunk-o-change to have the car towed home out of pocket (but will be reimbursed later).
Everyone have a Merry Christmas and hope you and your Volvo get what they wish for.....
