Bulb Out Light/Sensor Relay 200 1983

Hello again folks,
When I turn on my headlights my bulb out light lights up.
When I turn on my high beam headlights the bulb out light turns off.

ALL lights around whole car are working.
I replaced the bulb out sensor relay with a spare and same results.

Any and all advice is appreciated.
