960 speed sensor

My 960 has blinking shift mode lights and the speedometer is not reading at all.
I think the problem is in the circuit behind the instrument cluster.
I checked the resistance of the differential speed sensor and it is around 1250 ohms so I think it might be OK.
I also am having unusal behavior in the fuel gauge.
I had the fuel gauge issue in another 960 and after changing the fuel tank unit it turned out be the cicuit behind the instrument cluster.
Before I take the cluster out does any body know the correct ohms for the speed sensor?
