hi sages- here is an unusual question. bet some of you have run up against it. 92 volvo 240 . recent misfiring. cap and rotor contacts are somewhat corroded and burnt. cant get rotor off its post. does anybody have a nifty trick to get it off. have run into this on other model cars and have had totake distributor out and or chisel off rotor. concerned about trying this on volvo. heard its tough to get out 240 distributor because it is usually stuck.also dont want to wreck the distributor or set myself up for a clip job from a dealer or mechanic. looking forward to your advice which is usually excellent on this board. thanks oldduke
