Bleed method used:
Sorry, should have stated what bleeding method used. I got a spare reservoir cap and fitted a quick disconnect to the cap along with a brass fitting and o-ring to seal it up. I had no air or fluid leaks from the reservoir at about 12-14psi and moderate flow rate from the bleed nipples. (see picture, turned out pretty awesome)

Sequence: LR,LFtop,RFtop,RR,RFout,RFin,LFout,LFin

for the tip about the brake pedal sealing off the MC - I will definitely do that in the future when opening up the brake system. Will definitely do that next time I replace/work/modify anything. Also, thanks for that bit about the punches, I'll be sure to check that if I ever buy a rebuilt again. The MC is only 2.5 years old, rebuilt from Autozone.
