AMM 200

Greetins all!

I have been struggling with numerous problems during the resurrection of my '92 240 that was parked for 2+ years. The latest seems to indicate a bad AMM but I would appreciate input from forum members before spending any more $$$.

The engine will start and idle but with any attempt to accelerate, it dies. The built in diagnostic codes all check out, the fuel pump and relay are working correctly, a new battery recently installed, and a minor tune up performed.

The AMM # is 0280212016. Testing resistance between terminals 2 and 3 results in 0.00 ohm. All indications to me are that it is bad. Any thoughts or confirmations before I continue done the path of throwing good money after bad?

Thanks,
Tony
