Misc questions 740 700 1987

Posted my 740 GLE for sale (http://www.brickboard.com/CLASSADS/index.htm?id=15354)
but meanwhile doing more work on it.

It needs:

1) Front brake rotors & calipers & pads
2) New headliner
3) Patched floorboard (under passenger seat) or completely new floorboard.
4) Wax

Any advice on all of these is appreciated. How to/where do get it done/cost to expect. I don't like slop jobs just to get by. My awesome mechanic just retired and the guy who did wax/clean the old fashioned way shut his biz done. I am in NE Ohio, USA.
