If you are seeking the flat open tray that then rises into a tall storage bin with lid/arm rest for '71 and earlier 140's--I have two of those. I had one in my car ('69 with long shifter) but didn't care for the way the shifter barely cleared the bin (probably much better fit for auto column shifter cars). Found a simpler flat tray with divider between shifter area and between the seat area much more to my liking. I think one bin has the lid--the other is missing.
