Routing of Hot Wire To '80 244 Trunk Light? 200 1980

Having just successfully "fixed" the trunk light on my '83 242 (the hot wire had somehow be severed right where it comes out of a big, blank, bundle), I thought I might find similar success with the trunk light on my wife's '80 244. I can readily tell that no power is coming to the light mechanism and it looks fine. So it seems that power is getting lost somewhere along the line. The wiring diagram provided earlier by Art indicates that this is a direct connect from the fuse box to the light. And everything else on that fuse is working but the dome light (in some cases - see http://www.brickboard.com/RWD/volvo/1511717/220/240/260/280/interior_light_issue.html). So I am wondering just where the hot wire to the trunk light is routed and how to get at it to look for problems. Thanks
