Won't start after cam swap 200

Today I swapped in a new cam. Now the starter just turns when you turn the key, the engine doesn't even try to turn over. The crank pulley is turning, so it's not that key. The camshaft is also turning. Any ideas? On my iPhone, sorry for the lack of detail.
