Rear Windscreen Washer 1997 965 900 1997

1997 965

Happy New Year all,

I replaced the rear windscreen washer pump this afternoon, the motor is an open circuit. The new pump pumps fluid up to the point where the line to the back of the goes into the firewall. IIRC there is a check valve somewhere in the line. I suspect the check valve has failed. Does anyone know the location, and best way to access the check valve?

Thanks in Advance
Fred
