New-ish radiator, all new coolant hoses, new thermostat, new heater valve, Which rad cap? 700 1990

Hey everybody.

I replaced a radiator a few years ago, and all the coolant hoses this week. The thermostat is a year old (car had been parked). I have new coolant at a 60% mix in the car, and everything seems fine. I'm about to drive quite a bit, and one of the places I have to drive is over some pretty steep curvy hills.

I have the black 75kPa (10.8psi) radiator cap, but the original is the 150kPa (21psi) cap. Wow, I had just now converted to psi for the 150kPa.

Is there a reason to keep running the 75? Is there a 100 available? A 100 kPa cap is 14psi, and that seems pretty reasonable to me.

Cheers!

PS I grew up in California's central valley, where I saw 110F+ for 2-3 weeks per year. I now live on the coast, and rarely even see 80F.
