Chirping Clutch 200 1990

Good Morning,
I noticed my clutch starting to make some chirping/ squeaking noises. It only happens from a stop engaging first gear and sometimes going into second if I am going slow.
The car is a 1990 245 M-47, 187k miles. I don't know the history of the clutch as I gotthe car two years ago when it had 171k.
There isn't any trouble getting into gears and it is not slipping at all, just making some noises.
Should I expect to buy a new clutch soon ?
Thanks, Phil
