91 745 Rex/Regina hesitation

Brickboard reader for many years. I've learned much but need help from the bricksters. 91 745 N/A Rex/Regina. Car starts fine, runs fine at first, then won't rev above 2000 rpm's, feels like "limp home mode". A minute later it will "catch" and run fine. Car will run fine once it warms up.

Just replaced knock sensor. No change. When parked, sometimes if will rev fine, then it will "stick" at 1800-2000. If I floor it at that point, it will sorta pulse but never go above 2000 RPM. If I back off throttle it will rev freely again.

So far, I've had the injectors cleaned professionally, replaced FPR and the MAP sensor. Throttle body is pretty clean. All the grounds I can see are clean and tight.

I've not had luck pulling error codes. Could be me not doing it right.

Any help/direction is greatly appreciated. Not ready to quit on the old brick.
