Using a three-position wiper switch for additional accessories? 120-130 1965

I have a '65 wagon with the oddball hand pump windshield washer which renders the third position on my wiper switch pointless. I was curious about rewiring it so that position one is for an accessory (such as fog lights), position two is wipers slow and position three is wipers fast rather than slow/fast/fast. It occurs to me that this is actually a four-position switch with OFF also acting as PARK for the wipers so I might be chasing a dead cat here (or an inordinately complex one), but I wanted to see if anyone else had done this, or found other innovative ways to add accessories without additional switches or holes in the dash. Thanks!
