emergency near geyserville ,ca blown radiator plug 91-740. non turbo.

I helped a stranded motorist with a blown (and lost) radiator plug a couple of years ago. He was at an Advance Auto store and they were unable to help him with the correct item.

I found a display with threaded plugs- similiar to galvanized pipe plugs. We found one that fit tight and had to be screwed into the rubber surround of the opening. He topped up the coolant and the last I saw of him he was smiling and headed down the road.

Good luck,

Randy
