Front Fuel Line 200

My '87 sedan developed a tiny leak in the fuel line that runs from the filter to the fuel rail. I tried a few places online to see if a replacement is available to no avail (HA!) Is there a place that sells the entire run with the fittings, or am I sol? What have others used to patch the line. I think its plastic with a foam cover. The leak is near the driver's door.
