Rear drums sticking 200

When I brake, I hear the back grinding slightly. If I go slow enough, and pull up the handbrake a bit, it seems to unfreeze itself. This has to be the drums back there, right? I know the brakes all around are almost shot, but an entire 4 wheel brake job plus drums isn't what I want to hear. Should I just stop using the handbrake until I can afford this, or might it be something like that rusty 2 clamp thing between the brake drums and the brake cable inside the rotor back there? I've had that rust together on me on a different 89 245, but it's an annoying job. Am I answering all my own questions here?
