The book 200 1992

Thanks, Art, for looking in a good book. I appreciate it.

I also finally judged that DIY is virtuous, but not the only true religion, and took this car to a good independent Volvo shop, regarding the intermittent grinding from the rear.

The shop took a good look around.

1. Could not determine source of noise. Ruled out some sources. Said drive it till we get worse noise. OK.

2. Also happened to check the battery, said it was bad... which led me to asking about CEL resetting itself on start, when there was a low battery? Shop owner Mike Glasgow said nah... the "trim" settings for these LH 2.4 were "too tight," etc. Implying the ability to turn off the light when things looked better to the ECU, I think. I left it at that.
