This One WAS Interference! 700

Thought I'd post this to help keep us all vigilant on maintenance. My sister-in-law's 745 died the other day and I told her to have it towed to my house so I could get to it when I had a moment. I was forgetting that unlike my 945, hers was a 16valve interference engine- and then I found this sad snapped belt waiting for me. I feel I cursed this to happen by recently putting in new seats on her car and other things that looked good but weren't important.

Haven't gotten in further to figure out just how bad it is, but she'll probably have to keep enjoying my Grand Cherokee which has become the official loaner car to all friends without a vehicle...
