Need some advice on what to pull on new 240 turbo in PNP junk yard! 200

Hey Brickboarders!

Yesterday, they dropped a GORGEOUS 82 240 TURBO, 4 speed in the junk yard. Makes you want to cry. Exterior and interior are MINT! 2 door, sunroof. I want to cry! But since it's there, I want to pull all the best of the parts before it's canabalized. So far, I removed the gorgeous guage cluster (turbo, volt and bar (oil pressure)), as well as the tach and clock. The leather seats are tan and match my wagon interior. Those left with me yesterday, along with the genuine sheepskin covers that are also mint. Looks like no one ever sat in this car. The carpets are fresh as new. The car has about 120K. They never leave the wheels on them so those are not to be. I need advice on what to take. I understand the front sway bars are a nice upgrade for my 89 245 wagon, so off they come tomorrow. I'm also taking the exhaust system as it too is mint. The map pockets were perfect and are now on my wagon. The car has a brand new wiper motor which is now mine. No arm rest or floor trays. The car looks like a one woman owner car. It's such a shame its in the junkyard - it kills me. I would have loved to have had the chance to have ressurected the car. I would have been very willing to give the PO the $400 bucks the junkyard gave! Damn.

I attempted to remove the KYB rear shocks, but they are original and would not rise on their own, so I left them. Any other advice on what to take? I looked for the outdoor temperature guage, but this car does not have it from what I can tell (although I've never actually seen one).

Finally, while the luscious three guage cluster is now neatly sitting in my dash on the 245, it's not hooked up. Is there any way to hook these up, sans the turbo. The cluster just unclipped, but I don't see the same color coded wires on the wagon. they sure look great though! Yep, the radio is now in the house as I'd rather listen to the motor than the radio. Volvo illness I guess.

Thanks guys! Appreciate the input and help before tomorrows final pilage of the turbo.
